Calm The Chaotic Mind Workshop
'Calm the Chaotic Mind' is for the chronic over-thinker, the worrier, the 110mph person who just needs to slow down. If that sounds like you then I can help. This workshop will comprise of Psycho-Education, Discussion, Self Reflection & Guided Visualisation (with some Mindfulness weaved in too!). As an attendee, you will leave with a higher understanding of the Brain and how human beings function, practical tools that you can use every day to help AND experience how it feels to be in control of your 'chaotic' mind.
