Scrimshire FREE

Scrimshire's first album "Along came the Devil one night" came out in 2009 after a run of successful singles and UK gigs with his very own live band. His sound mixes soul, funk, jazz, african and latin music with electronic influences and combines it all with proper song-writing that keeps listeners coming back for more.

Scrimshire is guitarist for label mate Stac and in 2010 he produced her stunning debut album Turn That Light Out, which has gained love and support from the likes of Gilles Peterson, Alice Russell, Mark Ronson and more.

As a DJ Adam has had the opportunity to play alongside heroes and taste makers including Mr Scruff, DJ Format, Bonobo, Mary-Anne Hobbs, Gilles Peterson, Blue Daisy, The Nextmen, Rob Luis and London Elektricity with a mixture of soul, funk, tropical, afrobeat and boogie.

With a growing number of remixes to his name, a 2nd solo album scheduled for Spring 2011, a busy gig schedule with Stac and the heaviest year to date for Wah Wah 45s releases, Scrimshire is a busy man. But, you can still catch him DJing regularly at venues in London and worldwide.
