In this workshop, we'll go explore the proven methods of recognising and eliciting growth after hardships and traumatic events. More specifically we'll go over the importance of small positive changes that you can easily implement in for a better life. We'll go over the research and practice in a safe, inclusive environment and have fun in the process. Take charge of your life this fall and make positive changes with positive psychology.
