Mindful Meditation in Harborne
An 8 Week Course for Beginners with Adam Dacey. Mindfulness & Meditation
Week 1: Mindful Listening – The foundation for a mindful practice. Week 2: Mindful Body – Learning to live in the moment. Week 3: Mindful Breathing – An essential training to reduce stress. Week 4: Mindful Mind – Develop insight & emotional intelligence. Week 5: Mindful Movement – Gain a dynamic mindfulness practice. Week 6: Mindful Eating – Transforming our eating habits. Week 7: Mindful Sleep – How to have a good night sleep. Week 8: Mindful Heart – Improving relationships with mindfulness.
Discover techniques to help you increase focus, develop emotional intelligence & find calm. 7.30-8.30pm. (please arrive 15 minutes early) £8 per class. £55 for the course – includes audio to practice at home.
Or you can turn up on the night and pay-as-you-go. Or book for the entire course at the end of the first class if you enjoy the session.
