Is this the oddest pairing we have ever offered? IN the week in which Welsh National Opera visits Birmingham Hippodrome we shall offer a context for appreciation of the piece they will be performing on Saturday afternoon. We shall devote the second half of our day to engaging with the curious enthusiasm of Americans to attempt assassination of their Presidents., This will coincide with a production that is visiting Nottingham Playhouse from the Watermill Theatre.
