Lecture by Wallace Thornhill

In the spirit of the 18th century “Midlands Enlightenment” and the conversations that must have taken place right here in Birmingham, we are offering a rare chance to hear some leading edge unorthodox new views of the universe. Australian scientist Mr Wallace Thornhill will lecture about the physics and cosmology of the Electric Universe, a controversial but promising theory where plasma and electric charge are responsible for most things that we take for granted. The talk will then expand to apply the theory and try to update Newton’s force of gravity. These talks are suitable for the average person with a keen interest in astronomy or physics who is looking for something new. Please come with an open mind ready to hear a new perspective, challenge your creativity, and weigh your own opinion towards the paradigm shift that any new science requires to become mainstream.
