This course is a great way to get in to rock climbing! We will go through everything you need to know to be able to use any climbing wall safely and confidently.
The course is a minimum of 6 hours and can be done in one day! The course explains:
Equipment (what’s needed and how to use it) Basic climbing techniques Belaying (holding the ropes as your partner climbs) Climbing knots Rigging
Those completing the course will be awarded an internal certificate of competence. Please note we require a minimum of 2 people.
