Lunchtime Organ Concert: Thomas Trotter

"Arise, thou Judge of the world!" The 19th century Romantics did everything on an epic scale – and Julius Reubke’s mighty Sonata on the 94th Psalm is no exception. Music this grand needs an organ to match it; and with Thomas Trotter at the keyboard of the Symphony Hall organ, it’ll be a thunderous climax to a concert that begins with Bach, as well as the gentler visions of John Dowland and Jean Francaix.
