Dvořák's Cello Concerto

We love Paris and the spring – and in May time, what could be more perfect than the brilliant, headstrong symphony that the 22-year old Mozart wrote to knock the socks off a Paris audience? Or Schumann’s blossoming First Symphony: a genius in love, simply dancing for joy? There’s no better counterpart to Dvořák’s ardent Cello Concerto played by Daniel Müller-Schott and conducted by Gustavo Gimeno.
