Legacy West Midlands explores positive stories of migration, which are exemplified by the Pugin family. Pugin’s father was a French émigré, whose son worked on one of the most iconic buildings in Britain, the Palace of Westminster.

This walking tour, organised as part of Birmingham Heritage Week, takes in the sights and sounds of Handsworth with particular reference to St Mary’s Convent, and explores Pugin’s fascinating story!
