Laughter Yoga in Digbeth
Laughter yoga has many benefits, including strengthening the immune system, helping to stay fit ( 10 minutes laughter is equal to 30 minutes on a rowing machine!), and also reduces stress, anxiety , depression, high blood pressure and helps improve all around physical health.
Please note there are no yoga poses - but don't worry, this is still considered an aerobic workout. That said, all the exercises are very easy to follow, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. You will burn calories, you will give your diaphragm a good work out and you will leave feeling great, no exaggeration.
We practice laughing for the sake of laughing to benefit our health. We don't use comedy or jokes to provoke the laughter. Instead, you will be guided by a Laughter Yoga professional into following some fun & simple laughter exercises which include clapping, dancing, moving and of course, LAUGHING. We will have you giggling in no time. Everyone feels uplifted and energized after our session
