Village Well launched to great acclaim on the festival circuit in 2011, ending the season with a blazing performance in the Bohemian Jukebox at Moseley Folk Festival in September. This unique trio reflects the culturally dynamic nature of their Birmingham home, skilfully combining rich Middle Eastern melodies with the classical and folk traditions of India and the soulful rhythms of the Caribbean. Their creations – whether Gypsy or jazz, folk or classical, pop or traditional – retain a vitality that is contemporary and constantly evolving.
