Join the Foraging Course Company for an exploration of the wonderful world of edible plants and mushrooms growing all around us.
The Foraging Course Company was established by lead instructor Kerry Bowness. Kerry believes foraging helps people not only to experience new flavours, but to reconnect with and discover a new appreciation of the natural world. Kerry is passionate about natural history and conservation, and will highlight how rewilding can encourage wild edibles to grow.
When you meet up, Kerry will go through laws and safety points of foraging before heading out to discover the wild food in the Park.
