The Most Beautiful Names Poetry

This evening is devoted to providing glimpses into some of the works of some of the most famous Sufi poets. This will include extracts from the Mathnawi of Jalal al-Din Rumi, The Conference of the Birds by Farid-Din Attar and the sayings of Rabia al-Adawiyya.

The evening will conclude with a live performance of Sufi poetry with the Jamal Singers, who have performed both nationally and internationally, including on the BBC 2 programme ‘The Retreat’. This includes poems celebrating Divine love and songs of spiritual wisdom and unveiling.
