Learn how to make Chinese Bao and Dumplings on a cookery course in Birmingham.

Join Loaf and expert cookery tutor Lap-fai Lee for a hands-on session of Chinese Bao and Dumpling making. You don’t get more Chinese than dumplings, boiled or fried and made from scratch. Lap will tutor you through making the dough and preparing two delicious fillings to create Gau Ji (餃子­) – lamb and cumin boiled dumplings; and Wor Tip (鍋貼) – Panfried potsickers with pork and kimchi filling.
