This class is for beginners. For those cooks who want to learn the foundations of good cookery. By Artisan we mean kitchen craft. Not just following recipes, but actually how to cook and make the staples for a good diet, such as how to make bread, pastry and cheese. We cover regional cookery, nutrition and plant-based diets. We want you to be able to open a cupboard, see a few ingredients and thrive!
