Now detoxed from the Seasonal revelries, we are celebrating the start of the New Year with the very welcomed return of a storyteller who wow'd us last year - SEF TOWNSEND! He is back by popular demand. Our audience just loved his tales and songs from Korea and wanted more. Since we don't like to disappoint, we have invited Sef to come back and this time, he promises to bring us an evening of dark magical, shivery storytelling with his stories in THE HAIR IN THE MILK. Stories from the darker side of Talmud and ancient Jewish folklore.  The demon queen, the malicious ghost the uninvited visitor at the maternity bed... How do mere mortals cope?  And the wild-cats shall meet with the wolves, וּפָגְשׁוּ צִיִּים אֶת-אִיִּים, and the hairy one shall cry to its kind; וְשָׂעִיר עַל-רֵעֵהוּ יִקְרָא;
yea, the night-monster shall repose there, and shall find herself a place of rest. אַךְ-שָׁם הִרְגִּיעָה לִּילִית, וּמָצְאָה לָהּ מָנוֹחַ “One of our most popular, charismatic and talented storytellers. Another extraordinary night of storytelling for grown-ups!.” Nell Phoenix, London’s StoryNight at Torriano
