Letting go of the Past


We often have trouble letting go of experiences from the past. Holding onto the past can often affect the way we view ourselves and others. It can also damage our confidence and affect how we respond to current situations. We can remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt and this limits our ability to live our life to the full. Through training in meditation and mindfulness we can learn to let go of the past.
