Dealing with Uncertainty and Change
There are few things that are certain in life. One thing that is certain is that everything changes. We can be deeply resistant to change and this can give rise to much anxiety and sadness. By contemplating and meditating on Buddha’s teachings on impermanence, we can learn to accept and actually embrace change. Rather than feeling anxious or sad we can learn to feel at peace with change and feel inspired by the endless possibility that it offers.
