Take time out of your busy life to enjoy a day or two of simple meditations to calm and uplift your mind. Each day will consist of three meditation sessions guided by Resident Teacher Gen Leksang. There will be an explanation of how to practice these meditations and how to integrate them into your daily life. The perfect way to get the new year off to a good start.
