The Confidence to Change


We all want to let go of habits prevent us from living our lives to the full. However, sometimes we can feel a bit stuck and start to believe that we cannot change. On this course we will explore how we can use meditation as a powerful tool for change. How change is completely within our reach. In fact we can bring about a radical transformation in our lives over time. We just need to adjust the way we look at ourselves and what we are capable of and practice some reliable methods to let go of the habits that don’t serve us.
