In these times of uncertainty, anxiety is a common experience. Worry and anxiety can so easily rob us of our mental peace and prevent us from living our life to the full. Meditation makes the mind calm and still, and gives us the space get some perspective on our worries. From that experience of inner peace, we can learn to cultivate an inner strength and stability.

in this talk, Kadam Bridget will explain simple and reliable methods to reduce anxiety and worry using meditation and mindfulness.

Kadam Bridget is the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in the UK.She teaches throughout the UK and internationally.
