Do you ever feel that you are too busy to meditate? You just have too much to do and meditation just slips down the list of priorities?

On this course we will explore how we can encourage ourselves to make time for daily meditation and build it into our daily life no matter how much we’ve got going on.

We will also explore how we can be meditating, no matter where we are or what we are doing. We can use our daily experiences as opportunities to learn and develop more positive habits of mind. In this way, our every day life and our meditation practice can be united so eventually everything will become a meditation and our mind can be at peace, even in the face of difficulties.

Everybody is welcome to attend this practical course on how to integrate meditation into every day life. The morning will include guided meditations and lots of helpful advice.

Everyone welcome
