What do Buddhist’s believe? How does Buddhism help us in life? What is Kadampa Buddhism? These questions are more will be explored on this course.

Buddha’s teachings are scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. In Modern Buddhism we use meditation as a tool to explore and deepen our familiarity with special ways of thinking. These special ways of thinking transform the way we view ourself and everything around us. They bring our mind in tune with the way things are and thereby enable us to let go of unrelealistic expectations, frustration and fear. The more our mind becomes familiar with these special ways of thinking, the happier we become.

Join us for a practical overview of Kadampa Buddhism and how we can practice it in our daily lives. The morning will include guided meditations and lots of helpful wisdom advice.

Everybody welcome, regardless of beliefs or experience.
