Overcoming Stress and Anxiety


We tend to feel depressed and anxious when we dwell on and exaggerate faults. We dwell on faults in ourselves, in others and in our situations. This common habit makes our mind feel dark and heavy, robs us of our confidence and prevents us from seeing things clearly and acting wisely. We can train ourselves to recognise and focus on beauty and purity and in so doing lightens our mind and inspires us to live a positive life.
