Spring into Action FREE

Learn how the first plants of spring can help us feel better after the cold winter. A practical workshop learning to identify and use common, locally harvested wild plants to make a variety of spring potions and edible treats! From the humble nettle to the amazing ribwort , so many useful plants grow all around us... Come along to find out more and have a go with Eleanor Hoad from the Handsworth Park Community Garden, Handsworth Park (next to the gates on Holly Road). All welcome, no previous experience necessary.
