The Twits are Mr. & Mrs. Twit, a truly revolting couple, who decide to train a family of monkeys for a circus act. However, the animals are cruelly incarcerated in a cage, but birds trick the Twits into believing the world has turned upside down. There is a sort of happy ending, though.
