A dynamic 5Rhythms weekly drop in class for adults. Reconnect with yourself and others, shake off and sink in. You will explore a wonderful range from wildness to tenderness, supported and held in a safe space with trained 5Rhythms teacher, Neil Pinnock. The class welcomes beginners and experienced dancers alike. Come to the Church Hall.
What to bring: Your beautiful self! Comfortable clothes to move in Water bottle for re-hydration (it can get sweaty!)
