An Introduction to Emotional Wellbeing
In partnership with Birmingham Mind we will host ‘An Introduction to Emotional Wellbeing’. This free one-day course will be running on Sat 14th and Sat 21st of January from 10:30-4:30pm and is open to anyone. The day will be an introduction to emotional wellbeing and a “taster” in tools and techniques that support it. Participants will gain an understanding of what emotional wellbeing, resilience and mental health are, will be introduced to a few tools and techniques for stress reduction and will learn about the five ways to wellbeing and how they can be implemented into their lifestyle. Places are strictly limited.
