Discovering Birmingham: Walking Fun in Brum!

Discovering Birmingham; Walking Fun in Brum! A great way to relax on a Sunday afternoon in the city with some humour and memorable experiences thrown in as well: • Earlier times – medieval origins • From Georgian entrepreneurs to Victorian idealists. • We take the 'secret canal' to the Jewellery Quarter • Birmingham and the slave trade. • Understanding the Jewellery Quarter • Canal city • An artistic side • Developing for the future. This walk starts and ends at the Library of Birmingham in Centenary Square. Covid-19 Secure: Tours use an audio system which means different groups on the tour can keep apart by 2 metres or much more if they like and still hear the tour guide. This 2 hour walking tour gives a great introduction to the city and is of interest equally to local people and visitors. Book tickets (Adults: From £15-00, Child 6-16: £7-50) from the Positively Birmingham website. Discount tickets for early-bird bookings from our website. NOTE: Never come without a ticket as the event may not run if no one else has pre-booked. We support Sifa Fireside who work on acute and longer term homeless issues in Birmingham with at least 10% of all sales going to their work. Donations are clearly stated on our website.
