Echo Eternal - Testimonies from Holocaust Survivors
Source http://www.birminghamcathedral.com/events/
Come and see the wonderfully crafted Echo Eternal sculpture.
Nelson Mandela Primary School is one of 12 schools in Birmingham taking part in Echo Eternal.
The project uses testimonies of Holocaust survivors who now live in the UK. Pupils heard stories direct from survivors and then went on to work with artist Alistair Lambert on a beautiful sculpture.
Alistair Lambert was inspired by pupils' reaction the cathedral's Burne-Jones stained-glass windows.
More details about the project can be found by visiting www.echoeternal.uk
