Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation FREE
Our courses will introduce you to mindfulness and loving kindness meditation along with Buddhist ideas to help you develop greater peace of mind and positive ways of living. Courses are a great way to learn, meet like-minded people and to see what affect these new tools can have on your life. To get the most out of the course we ask you to come, as best you can, to all six sessions.
New Courses and Changes from January 2020
You are invited to attend two distinct courses: “Towards Peace of Mind” and “Positive Ways of Living”. You can do these courses in any order. Both are suitable for beginners.
You don’t need to book but you do need to attend the first week to register for that course. (If you miss the first week we will ask you to join the Led Meditation Class that runs at the same time)
Courses run on a Tuesday or a Thursday from 7.30-9.45pm. Arrive from 7pm to relax, ask questions and have a cup of tea beforehand.
