Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course
Come learn new skills to help you deal with life’s challenges. The 8-week MBSR course is an intensive skills-based learning programme, including a combination of meditation practices and cognitive exercises that show the links between thinking and feeling and how we can look after ourselves.
When: Mondays 7 October – 25 November, 7.00-9.00pm. with an all-day practice session on Sunday 10 November, 10:30am-3:30pm.
Led by: Parveen Poonia (MSc in Teaching Mindfulness)
Cost: £200 waged / £140 unwaged
