Each Thursday, this workshop will be exploring how you can bring mindfulness into your life on an every day basis. Just £5 per session. Every Thursday 5.45pm until 7.15pm. Learn how to: -  Reduce stress and anxiety  Sleep better.  Be happier and more content.  Let go of negative thoughts.  Live life in the present moment.  Plus much, much more.
