NEON ASYLUM

Neon Asylum is an electronic music producer based in Birmingham currently working on his debut album. He boasts celebrity fans from the likes of Example to Crystal Castles. Having supported the likes of Example, Crystal Fighters, Gaolers Daughter and many more. Neon Asylum is set to break the scene with the release of his 3rd EP later this year.

THE SHARP DARTS

The Sharp Darts are a Birmingham based five piece playing catchy up-temp indie rock n roll. They released their debut EP ‘Shoes Off’ in 2011 which landed them support slots with Canadian chart toppers The Trews, Royton’s finest, Proud Mary, as well as upcoming shoegazers Towns.

Currently working on an acoustic EP that will be released on the 18th of April, The Sharp Darts are varying their sound and going unplugged before returning to the studio to work on a second full band EP in the summer.

Another highlight from last year was making it past 1200 bands to the final of Surface Festival 2011 at IndigO2 in The O2, London, which also provided the perfect launch venue for their debut EP playing main stage O2 Academy Birmingham.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of The La’s, Paul Weller, Powderfinger, The Libertines and Oasis, The Sharp Darts are writing new music all the time and set to make 2012 their best year yet!
