Nick Lowe

To celebrate his first album release in over four years, Nick Lowe will be bringing The Old Magic to Town Hall. A pivotal figure in UK pub rock, punk rock and new wave, Lowe has recorded a string of well-reviewed solo albums, and is best known for his songs (What’s so Funny ‘bout) Peace, Love and Understanding and I Love the Sound of Breaking Glass.

Nick Lowe has been performing for 40 years but is as fresh today as the first time he stepped on stage and he still loves playing with the same musicians he’s played with for years. For Nick it has always been about quality rather than quantity so when he feels it’s time to tour again, you know you will not be disappointed.
