THE TRAPS formed in 2008 when band members broke free of the small town backwaters where they first met to set about crafting music inspired by the bands and artists they loved. Drawing inspiration from influences ranging from the street smart urban cool of The Ramones and The Clash, to the perfect pop of The Beach Boys, an ambitious approach to songwriting and recording is an integral part of the band’s focus
