Birmingham's only BalkanBeats club night is back in action from June. Expect traditional Eastern European and Balkan gypsy music mixed up with the club sounds like drum n bass, dub, electro, hip hop and all sorts. Live music, DJs and supernatural visuals. Plus face painting and extra surprises.

With a sound that draws on New Orleans brass, Jamaican reggae and British punk as well as all your favourite Balkan and klezmer influences, Johnny Kowalski and the Sexy Weirdos are a hedonistic, eclectic treat with a live show that puts the poster boys and girls of the dying record industry to shame.
Come as you are (though fancy dress is always welcomed) and get wild on the dancefloor!
