As part of the NEXT STOP EDINBURGH 2009 Fringe Preview Season Patrick Monahan presents his New Show Patrick's NEW show for Edinburgh is called COWBOYS AND IRANIANS –
His previous show MY KIND OF PEOPLE consisted of stand-up stories about his experiences and routines as he goes on a journey to find people like him - a non-drinking, non-smoking, Irish Iranian Teessider!
Recently Patrick was competing in the short list to win the major Paramount Comedy / My Space comedy award. Patrick also recently appeared on BBC1's Armstrong and Miller Show, and Paramount's The World Stands Up and has had several successful Edinburgh Fringe shows over the last few years. He was for a long-time the warm-up act for BBC's Friday Night With Jonathan Ross and is currently doing the same thing for The Paul O'Grady Show, but often actually appearing on the show.
