Herbie Hancock
Herbie Hancock will always be one of the most revered and controversial figures in jazz. He has cut a zigzagging forward path, shuttling between almost every development in electronic and acoustic jazz and R&B over the last third of the 20th century. Today, his curiosity, versatility, and capacity for growth show no signs of fading. Herbie recently collected two Grammys including Album of the Year. It was the first time that a jazz artist has won a Grammy for best album.
