Nancy Kerr, James Fagan & Rob Harbron
plus The Fletchers
James and Nancy have become regular performers at the Club since our very first year and we wouldn't be without them. Both come from premier folk families - Nancy is the daughter of singer-songwriter Sandra Kerr and Northumbrian piper Ron Elliot while James is a member of Australia's premier folk family the Fagans. Since winning several BBC Radio 2 awards, they have continued to go from strength to strength (nominated again last year for 'Best Duo'). Tonight they will be appearing as a trio with Rob Harbron, on the concertina, adding to Nancy's exquisite fiddle and viola playing and James' flat-backed bouzouki. Their warm stage presence guarantees a memorable evening as they play and sing traditional and original songs and music. Tonight they will also be joined by Jane, Colin and John Fletcher.
