Participants of the masterclass will have the opportunity to learn repertoire from bahok, Akram Khan’s latest work featuring his own dancers and dancers from the National Ballet of China. Exploring themes of home and cultural identity within contemporary society, the movement is inspired by Akram’s Kathak dance, as well as the dancers’ own bodies, individual styles and stories.
This masterclass is suitable for professional dancers.
